Act45 just set off at Epikentro ActionAid Hellas. In the context of Act45, to create cooperation schemes among entities, employers, trainers and other stakeholders a first step was made. On Monday the 10th of February, a focus group of employers was created. Representatives from companies such as Interamerican, Webhelp Greece, Kariera.gr, Evalion, Workathlon, Atlantica Hotels and AV Vasilopoulos gathered and discussed the market needs, the challenges of integrating in the labour market people aged over 45 years old, as well as the procedures each company follows.
