Focus group in Torino on Thursday the 13th of February, at Urban museum of VI district, where the ONG Re.Te. has its offices. The focus group gathered Civil Society Organizations, trainers, job agencies, politicians and trade unions. During the day there has been a discussion on unemployment, with a special focus on people aged over 45 years old, about their particular needs and possible strategies to help them reconnect with the labour market. Representatives of different entities discussed about the local situation, their current commitment and their points of view. Finally they discussed about possible synergies to improve the local system of trainings and job insertion.
